If between sizes I recommend sizing down. Originally got the M/L and it was way too big. XS/S is perfect. No bounce, pockets are easy to access. Two design recommendations: more reflectors on the back for visibility, maybe the logo?
and consider insulating the pockets or flasks. It's extremely humid in NQld and while it's nice having slightly chilled hydration at least at the start of the run, the condensation is nuts. Otherwise great product. Will see how well my current vest holds up to regular washing but I will certainly buy another when the time comes.
Make carrying all my things so much easier. Light weight and comfortable. Great purchase!
Seriously can't beat this running vest, and trust me when I say I compared sooooo many before committing to this one. The pockets are elite as is the fully adjustable fit. It is so light you forget your even wearing it, and then you get in the car and go on your way to do a spot of groceries and wonder why you're getting side eyes. Overall super happy I trusted the Runly team on this one.

I purchased this vest for my daughter to use for her 1st full marathon in Canberra next month . She has now worn it twice during our training runs, and she absolutely loves it!! I use this vest on my longer runs to carry water and a few snacks and my phone. I like the different pockets options. Only downside is some of the seams are a little rough under my arms and the back is not too breathable even if you don’t have the bladder. Not really big issues but I know people read the reviews to hear the picky things!!
