Was on the cusp between the two sizes, so sized down and purchased the extenders but they made it too big. Was perfect without them.
Easy to run with, flasks feel a little ‘wobbly’ when they are full, but don’t actually move.
Fits everything you need for a long run, and isn’t a pain to chuck on even for a short run if you need pockets :)
Sat in the fence for a long time before buying this vest, but am very glad I finally bit the bullet.

Love the vest - super light! I’m a size 8 and I got the xs/s but it moves around a bit even with everything as tight as it can go. Would recommend sizing down - there is a xxs in the black. I also have the hybrid pro running vest and that in xs is perfect.

If you have an upper body like a boxing kangaroo make sure you get the bigger chest strap that way you’ll always have that extra room on chest and shoulder days and the vest will be super comfortable with out it I couldn’t even clip it together. Really happy with mine now I have heaps more room across the upper body it doesn’t bounce around it fits perfectly and no chafing as I sweat heaps. Plenty of pockets for gels, phone, keys and whatever else you need on your long runs plus the hydration setup is great for marathons less stops at hydration tables so you can keep your time on track. Really happy I got mine now
