Lots of Runly's + ups & downs.
Wow, it's the 80th weekly founder update. That's wild!Like, I've sat down for an hour every week for 80 weeks in a row to write this weekly founder update. That's pretty cool. Let's hope it continues for another 1000 weeks. Surely we need to do something fun for the 100th edition, right? I don't know, maybe a founder's run in Melbourne. Who's keen?
Let's talk about momentum.
You know, one thing I really value is momentum. It's extremely hard to get, and easy to lose. If you've got momentum, it makes things a lot easier. It's like running with the wind behind you in a race.
Knee surgery update, pink vests, final stock + hoodies
I always wonder whether I should start these founder updates by introducing who I am - because our community is growing quickly. If you're new here, my name is Robbie. I'm the founder of Runly.
Knee surgery, pre-orders out & new stock in 💛
Can you feel that? The air is warmer, the plants and flowers are waking up & the vibes are starting to turn up. Spring is almost here. The best season (in my humble opinion) for running. I love this time of year. It's starting to get warmer, people come out of the winter slump and the vibes start picking up.
Event Recap, Special Mornings & Community
Things have been going a million miles an hour lately! My to-do list is definitely getting longer, that's for sure. We're in a really busy period behind the scenes. Managing pre-orders, incoming stock, events and planning for the busy backend of the year.
Biggest stock order + Dunkeld-bound
It's been all hands on deck this week. A busy week to say the least. Big stock orders, event planning, product development, community building, pre-orders and more. Let's crack in.
WE'RE IN! Melb Mara 🔒
This time last week I wrote about how for the first time in a while we had a bit of momentum and consistency. Fast forward 7 days and in some ways it feels the opposite!
Runly Updates #71
Last week we sent out a customer survey to get some feedback and learn more from our customers about who they are and why they run. It can be quite daunting to receive feedback en masse. Your heart sinks a little bit while it builds up the courage to read through each piece of feedback. In fact, I haven't even gotten through every response yet!
